  • Leadership.

  • Committees.
Congress is listening to NATCA, in part, because many members of Congress have found unionization is in the public's best interest.  As a member of NATCA, you will have influence with the FAA at the local and national levels.  Equal treatment and a standard working condition around the country will be fought for through the union.   Engineers and the union are dedicated to promoting professionalism.  If you think you can't afford to join NATCA, you can't afford not to!
